It had taken several months for us to finalize our plan for a residence in the Breckenridge area. He was always available even during the very intense time when he and Team Breckenridge won all first place awards in the International Breckenridge Ice Sculpture Festival requiring 60+ hours work over three days. He facilitated all the, negotiations, inspections, documents and final closing making it very easy for us to conclude the transaction from our home time. His local business contacts were and will be most helpful as we settle it to the community. His after sales service is every bit as good as his support during the purchase. He has provided advice and introduced to various local people such as electricians, maid service, etc. to help us feel at home. I didn't hesitate regarding Rob as my listing agent. Over the years, I've regularly noted the many successful closings outlined on those postcards you regularly send out.  As well, we purchased our unit through Breckenridge & Associates 10 years ago, based upon a referral from a Denver realtor.  Thus, we already know that the shop was loaded with talent and experience.
